2. Generally, workbenches are connected with corner pieces more frequently, without the need for drilling, and assembly is simple and convenient. However, the load-bearing capacity of corner pieces is not as large as that of hexagonal bolts, so if the load-bearing requirements of the workbench you are making are relatively high, hexagonal bolts can be used for fixed connections.
3. The reason for the unstable worktable may be related to machine vibration. At this time, a square foundation is installed at the bottom of the worktable and fixed to the ground with expansion bolts, which is sturdy and not easy to shake.
